Training concept:
Talking to employees about their goals is one of the routine activities of a manager. An employee who knows what their goals are is more committed and effective. Therefore, employees do not question the setting of goals per se, but often do not accept the scope of these goals. During the workshop, participants meet virtual employees who react in different ways to the goals set. Through goggle exercises, participants safely test different interview strategies with employees who demonstrate different attitudes towards the goals set. We discover how to recognise individual attitudes and how to influence them constructively. The methods learned are universal and can be applied to other difficult situations in professional and personal life.
