The training confronts employees with various situations that are opportunities to give feedback at work. It shows the methods and conditions for giving and receiving effective feedback. Exercises in VR provide an opportunity to learn specific strategies and test them. The application gives feedback on the effectiveness of the actions taken and enhances the knowledge of the practitioner. It gives the participant the tools to build constructive feedback and assertive behaviour.

The training shows what assertiveness is in relation to other behaviours at work (submissiveness, aggression, manipulation). Exercises in VR confront the participant with the behaviour of others towards whom it is useful to be assertive. The application enables testing of strategies and gives feedback on the effectiveness of actions taken and enhances knowledge. The participant practices their assertive behaviour and influence.

Training concept:
The training enhances the ability to read emotions in oneself and others in professional interactions. In VR goggles, participants practice techniques to influence the type and level of their emotions. They test methods for reading the information contained in emotions and using them to communicate with employees. This gives them an effective tool for influencing themselves and their relationships with clients and colleagues

Experiencing and recognizing emotions in professional interactions
Examining what and who triggers specific emotions in us
Discovering and naming emotional habits in professional interactions
Practicing identifying emotions and influencing one’s emotions (calming thoughts, breathing, pressure, concentration, composure)
“Reading” others and using this information to act on difficult professional relationships (recognizing emotions in virtual characters and the information they contain)

Training concept:
Exercises in VR goggles help you learn to identify situations in which you lose confidence, and practice reactions to behaviors that cause it. The app designs the exercise path and gives feedback. Participants also practice selected strategies and methods with each other. The employee builds self-confidence based on a healthy and constructive “I’m OK/others are OK” attitude.

Training concept:
The training helps to understand what the mechanisms of stress are, what causes it, what the symptoms are and how to deal with them. In VR goggles, participants experience situations of varying degrees of difficulty. In this way, they get to know themselves better, learn to use their emotions and influence their behaviour. They learn relaxation techniques to use at work and at home. In this way, employees build their comfort in life and at work.

Training concept:
Participants learn to recognise a set of behaviours at work that are attributed to assertiveness. They practice communicating with people who are not assertive (avoidant, manipulative, dominant). They test patterns of effective communication in VR goggles and receive feedback. They practice with other participants by simulating communication scenarios of their choice. In this way, employees increase the quality and effectiveness of their collaboration.
