At any time and place with internet access – duration approximately 1 hour.

The participant trains in a learning environment (SE) consisting of three elements:

1 hour of VIREMO™ training without a trainer = 3 hours of training with a trainer – with no loss of quality or knowledge gain.

All elements of SE are interconnected, so that the learner moves seamlessly between these environments. Learner feedback is part of the information in the VR application and in the e-learning exercises. The proportion of exercises in VR and outside VR is 50/50. Optionally, the participant can benefit from post-training consultations with a trainer or manager. Participants using VIREMO™ Learning Stations can gather in a community (optional).

The Learning Stand should have its own “tutor” who organises the SE (room, access to the platform, VR goggles) and prepares the participant for the SE (instruction in the use of the e-learning platform and VR goggles).

For groups of up to 12 people, lasting 3-8 hours. Participants use VR goggles multiple times, alternating with exercises without goggles, individually and in groups.

Trainers work with participants based on their experiences with the virtual characters. Participants receive feedback during the exercises in the VR goggles and from the trainers during the forum exercises. The proportion of exercises in VR and outside VR is 30/70. In addition, the trainer uses all other forms of training that are available (individual, group, knowledge pills, etc.) during the training.
