What do our students say?
"You did a very good 'environmental interview' - you showed what we experience on a daily basis. I am very impressed with the preparation."
"I watched these people and it was easy for me to attribute them to the behaviour of specific people at work."

"The actors did a great job of recreating the situations - it was our everyday life."
"I was there!"
How do we do it?
During our two years of work, we have developed a production method that delivers these results. Below we reveal the four secret production principles that make our customers so happy.
- We study the client’s world very carefully – the first stage of our work is to study the specifics of the client’s work. So we are where the employees are: in the offices, on the construction site, in the factory, at our clients’ customers. We talk to managers and employees. We listen to what they say and how they talk about their work. In this way, we get to know the environment, have examples of situations and behaviours, and ‘catch the language’ used by people in the company and industry.
- We verify the VR film scripts with the client – we present each film script to the client for verification. The final touches are made at this stage. The client mainly corrects product terminology, vocabulary related to the company jargon used. This ensures that the characters’ expressions and dialogues are authentic.
- We confirm the choice of actors with the client – we do the first casting based on the character descriptions from the scripts and then show the selected actors to the client. We will immodestly say that so far we have always hit the ‘jackpot’. We also already have a group of actors who are versatile and so well regarded by clients that we are happy to invite them to any of our productions.
- We take responsibility for the final result – during the recordings, material is produced which we rigorously review. Actors repeat scenes until satisfactory material is created. Sometimes it’s great straight away, and sometimes we repeat the recording many times. Sometimes we shoot one scene with different actors. We choose the best scenes, dialogue and shots. In this way, participants watch the footage that works best in the exercise programme in VR goggles.
